How Poshmark offers and bundles work (2026)
Poshmark gives sellers two big levers to close sales — Offers to Likers and bundles — and both quietly affect your payout. Here's the math this calculator runs:
- The 20% fee applies to the price the buyer pays (the item or bundle total), on anything $15 or more. Under $15 it's a flat $2.95. The fee is never charged on shipping.
- Offer to Likers requires you to drop the price by at least 10% and include a shipping discount — either a partial amount (commonly $4.99) or free shipping. That shipping discount comes out of your payout, so a "free shipping" offer costs you more than the price cut alone.
- Bundles let a buyer purchase several items from your closet together. They ship on a single label, so a small bundle discount can still leave you with more total profit than selling each piece separately — and it moves more inventory at once.
| What | Amount | Comes out of |
| Selling fee (≥ $15) | 20% of the price | Your payout |
| Selling fee (< $15) | $2.95 flat | Your payout |
| Shipping discount (optional) | $4.99 partial / ~$6.49 free | Your payout (if you offer it) |
| Buyer's shipping label | ~$6.49 (under 5 lb) | The buyer (unless you discount it) |

Frequently asked questions
What offer should I accept on Poshmark?
It depends on your cost and the margin you want. Two numbers make it easy: your walk-away price (the lowest offer that still breaks even after the fee and any shipping discount — never accept below it) and your target price (the lowest offer that hits the profit margin you set). Enter the offer above and the calculator gives a clear accept, thin, or below-cost verdict, plus what you'd actually keep.
What is a "walk-away price"?
It's your break-even offer — the point where Poshmark's fee, any shipping discount you cover, and your item cost exactly eat the sale, leaving $0 profit. Accepting anything below it means you pay to make the sale, so it's the hard floor for countering an offer.
What does an Offer to Likers actually cost me?
Two things: the price cut (at least 10% off your list price) and the shipping discount you're required to include. This calculator shows both — the "Offer costs you" figure is how much less you net versus selling at full price with no shipping discount.
Does the shipping discount come out of my payout?
Yes. When you offer a partial or free shipping discount, Poshmark deducts that amount from your earnings — the buyer just sees cheaper (or free) shipping. That's why a "free shipping" offer can cost noticeably more than the price drop alone.
Do bundles really make me more money?
Often, yes — because several items ship on one label and you move more inventory in a single sale. Even with a modest bundle discount, your total payout across the items usually beats selling them one at a time. Enter the bundle's combined price above to see your take.
Is the 20% fee charged on shipping?
No. Poshmark's fee applies only to the item or bundle price the buyer pays, not the shipping. The only way shipping affects your payout is if you choose to cover a shipping discount.
